Releasing Remote Spot Locations

While conducting Project Remote, we are keeping the exact coordinates of state Remote Spots a guarded secret.  Some of these Spots are on private land or lands set aside for conservation purposes.  It is not our intention to create a mass exodus of people and potential entrepreneurs into the Remote Spots.  We are working to preserve remoteness.  We are not encouraging people to visit a particular spot but to seek remoteness in general, and to celebrate and preserve the public lands that contain the remotest location in a state.

Do you think we should release the exact Remote Spot coordinates?  What do you think the impact of releasing this information would be?
